I called them and they came out the very next day! When they came to do the job they went up and beyond to make sure the job was completed right. I had a previous company out first because they were “cheaper” and they did not know what they were doing & disconnected my whole dryer duct, the guys at Bakersfield vent and Hood took care of it & I was able to dry my cloths with no problems.
