Paul and his crew at Bvh did an excellent job. I called them and they came out the very next day! When they came to do the job they went up and beyond to make sure the job was completed right. I had a previous company out first because they were “cheaper” and they did not know what they were doing & disconnected my whole dryer duct, the guys at Bakersfield vent and Hood took care of it & I was able to dry my cloths with no problems. I would definitely recommend their services! 10/10

Great and friendly experience with the owner just need to keep an eye on their work. He’s got a lot of experience I’m sure about the workers I was quoted $2300 to replace event I had it done for $800 from an air conditioning company.

Paul came out on a weekend to clean my dryer vent which was much appreciated. Very professional and made the effort to make sure the job was done correctly.

I contacted Paul back in February he said he was booked till the next month but he would try to fit me in, that never happened instead I not only waited that month but after scheduling and taking payment twice he never showed, after two months of waiting I cancelled and kindly asked for a refund and notified him of the extra charge. I've called three times since and now he just hangs up and says we'll just have to wait another month for the refund, my opinion, unprofessional and not trustworthy, don't use this service he is a con man. Only good reviews are his own he is a scammer.
